Our story

It all started back in 1998, when I was working as a recruiter in a corporate placement agency and gradually worked my way up to senior branch manager. After 11 years of demanding and interesting work, I decided to go out on my own. 
The first step was MAC Consulting, where I could finally establish my own philosophy, but more importantly, communicate with candidates and clients in a polite and friendly manner. As MAC began expanding, there was a need to create a company and build its brand. 

That’s how WOLIP came about – Work, Life, People. The name bears the company’s mission.
